How to get rid of a flat bum

Here are some excellent exercises for getting rid of a flat bum fast.  To get a great shaped bum that certainly does not look flat follow these exercises.

  • Squats

This is the best bum shaper.  Perform really deep squats coming right down low and keep your feet nice and wide.  Closer your feet are together the more your quads are worked and the further apart the more the bum takes over being worked.  Perform a mixture of high and low rep sets to both build and shape your bum.

  • Lunges

Performing lunges bringing the knee to around 1 cm from the ground will really hit the bum, perform these after a hard squat workout doing around 15-20 reps on each leg for around three sets.  Adjust the weight accordingly to what you can manage but stick to higher reps to avoid building larger muscles by performing low reps high weight.

  • Stepper

Finish your workout on the stepper taking full strides not little steps on your tip toes, this will work the whole of your legs and especially your bum.  Aim to do around 15 minutes on the stepper at the end of your workout.
